Hello!
here is another production update with the usual production overview. Everything is in production and now we just have to wait that those orange stickers get green, lilac, and then blue.

The book counts 528 pages, same thickness as the prototype showed on the campaign page. The whole novel is made by 47 chapters (including those of vol1).
I should receive the color proofs of the cards probably next week, the production process is the following:
approving digital proofs to approve the layout (check)
approving hard proofs to approve the colors
waiting for production complete of all decks (4 poker size + 1 mini)
95% of the backers completed the survey! thank you for that! I will spam reminders until everybody does it. It takes 2 minutes.
Final call for The Dude!
The campaign is about to end, 4 days to go, 800+ backers onboard, and the possibility to add the edge colored deck which has been released a few days ago.

Hello!
Here is another production update. Things are moving and I explain better what "in production" means after this overview.
April 30, 2024
"IN PRODUCTION" means that I paid the deposit and the whole production process starts. For playing cards it means the following:
getting and approving digital proofs to check the layout
getting and approving hard proofs to check the colors
printing and gilding
packing
production complete (green)
shipping to warehouse (lilac)
For the book and orbis triplex the process is similar. It is about getting production samples and approve them if everything is ok.
Everything is in the hands of the manufacturers and we have to wait for them to complete these steps.
The book is still pending because I can submit the order in a couple of weeks. They put me on hold according to their schedule. However, the prototype cover was already made and the metal clasp was already approved.
Odd Fellows The Dude & Herr Ingo LIVE NOW on Kickstarter
By great surprise 2 new members are joining the Odd Fellows family.
This time Penguin Cards (Penguinmagic.com) is producing these decks and they are running a Kickstarter campaign RIGHT NOW. It started today and they offer:
The deck was designed in 2023, it took a while to came out but eventually The Dude is here. It features the "legged" court cards from Odd Fellow Cpt Spindel Webber (2022).
This is a short campaign, it ends in 16 days and Penguin will manage everything.
Maybe you recognize the graphics of the mini deck (Herr Ingo in a can). It is the swedish delicacy (surströmming, fermented sea herring) and it was the protagonist of the stinky fish challenge, viral on social media probably a year ago. The video is explanatory.

Hello!
first of all, thank you again for completing the survey. It gave me the almost-final count of the items I have to produce, especially The Claw, which will be produced in 1471 units. This quantity include a 5% extra to tackle future shipping issues and damaged decks.
It is not possible to add The Claw during the survey any longer. This affects only 70 unresponsive backers that did not complete the survey or replied to my emails. Deadline was 2 days ago.
If you are wondering, I submitted the order for 9000 gilded decks (3000/3000/3000) and 1500 mini.

From now and on you will see this overview as it gets updated over the weeks/months.
Some are pending, and here is why:
Wooden Base: waiting for the final sample before I give approval. Ready in a week.
Book: adjusting the layout and the content. Also, the factory told me that they will be able to start in 2-3 weeks.
